1. General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to Gallery d’Estelle. By accessing or purchasing from our website (gallerydestelle.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Please read them carefully before using our services or downloading any digital content.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

·        Are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to proceed with this transaction

·         Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

·        Are purchasing digital content for personal or small-business use according to the license included with each product.

2. Nature of Products & Digital Delivery

All items sold by Gallery d’Estelle are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.

After payment is confirmed, customers automatically receive:

·         A secure email containing their download link.

·         A PDF file directing them to the purchased designs (securely hosted on Google Drive).

Please make sure to download and back up your files promptly.
Sharing or redistributing download links, pdfs, emails, or Google Drive folders is strictly prohibited.

 3. Usage Rights & Licensing

All products from Gallery d’Estelle are licensed digital files, not physical goods. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Standard License (included with all purchases)

·        You may use each design commercially for up to 250 physical products that you sell (shirts, mugs, prints, etc.).

·        You may not resell, share, trade, or redistribute any digital file, download link, or Google Drive folder.

·        Uploading or selling files as-is on print-on-demand or stock marketplaces (Printify, Redbubble, Amazon Merch, etc.) is prohibited.

Clip-art Bundles                                              Some clip-art sets may be used commercially only if they are incorporated into a new, original design or combined with other artwork.
Because usage varies, please read each product description carefully for the specific conditions before purchase.

Digital Art & Wall Prints
Digital artwork sold as wall art or decorative prints is for personal use only.
You may print it for yourself or as a gift but may not resell, reproduce, or share it digitally or physically.

Extended & POD Licenses
For production exceeding 250 units or any POD use, an Extended or POD License is required.
Contact us at info@gallerydestelle.com to request a custom license.
Custom licenses are created individually and delivered directly via email after payment.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All designs, graphics, and digital files available on this website are the exclusive property of Gallery d’Estelle..
This includes, but is not limited to, all PNGs, SVGs, digital collages, illustrations, wall art, and related imagery offered for download or display. Purchasing or downloading a file does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant any rights beyond the license described in these Terms.                                                          

You may not:

·        Claim any design as your own.

·        Share, redistribute, copy, alter, edit, or modify the original files or any part of them

·        Use our artwork for logos, trademarks, or brand identity.

·        Upload our files or altered versions to marketplaces, stock websites, or AI platforms for training or redistribution.

·        Certain designs may include AI-assisted elements, but all final artwork is original, edited, and composed by Gallery d’Estelle.

Copyright & Credit

Credit to Gallery d’Estelle is not required for standard commercial use but always appreciated.
However, redistribution, resale, or use of files outside the purchased rights remains strictly prohibited.

 5. Prohibited Use

When purchasing or downloading files from Gallery d’Estelle, you agree not to:

·        Resell, share, alter or trade the digital files or any part of them.

·        Upload the files to any mass print-on-demand platform (Amazon, Redbubble, Teepublic, Zazzle, etc.) without an Extended License.

·        Use the artwork for illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory material

·        Circumvent download limits or access controls.

Any unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files or Google Drive content may result in license termination and legal action under applicable IP laws.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered.

However, we may be able to provide an exchange in rare cases — for example, if you accidentally purchase a duplicate of the same file and wish to replace it with another design of equal value.

If you experience any issues with your downloads or have trouble accessing your files, please contact us immediately at info@gallerydestelle.com.
We'll assist you as soon as possible, Monday through Friday.

Before completing checkout, EU customers must tick a confirmation box acknowledging that:

“By checking this box and downloading this item, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to cancel this purchase under EU consumer law.”

7. Liability Disclaimer

All digital products are provided “as is.”

Gallery d’Estelle makes every effort to ensure high-quality, compatible files, but we are not liable for:

·        Printing errors, colour variations, or software compatibility issues.

·        Losses resulting from misuse, modification, or redistribution of the files.

·        Service interruptions download delays, or third-party app malfunctions.

·        Typographical errors, outdated information, or changes in product pricing or availability made without prior notice.

All files are provided without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Pricing & Information Disclaimer

All prices, product details, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Gallery d’Estelle is not liable for any typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or discontinued products.

9. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of this website after updates have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek and EU law.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Greece.
